Citibags/Nathan Traders

I purchased a bag and wallet from Nathan Traders -Citibags on 6/15/07, in the amount of $205.00. I have not recevied my items. They are not answering their emails or phone calls. Is there any way that he can be held accountable for his thievery.

Has anyone actually received the merchandise, if so, how long did it take?

If they were committing fraud, how are they allowed to continue to do so?

Folks that have been taken, please pass on your resolve and/or is their a class action suit going.

I want my money back!
